Our skin is a very important part of our body. It protects our muscles and organs from the sun, rain, injuries and wind. We feel and tough things and other people through our skin. Toxins also cause skin diseases such as acne, rashes, age spots and infections. To avoid this, remember to avoid smoky, polluted areas and smokers.
