Tips For a Great Routine!

  • DON’T skip breakfast! someone once said, “Eat Breakfast Like a King, Lunch Like a Prince, and Dinner Like a Pauper”

     
  • Reduce screen time. the more couch potato you become the more lazy you get.

  • Fill yourself up with atleast 5 servings of fruits/veggies everyday. that way you are getting fibre in your system and feeling less hungry!

  • Lastly, Jog. Just a short jog around the block (With a parrent if your young and if its not a good town) Its a great time killer and its good for burning calories. I jog from 10:30 to 11:00 because that is when my mom has lunch ready and i can get my energy back up.
