How to eat your way to beautiful skin
If you have any skin problems, here are some tips I have for you!
Drink 6 glasses of water everyday.
Avoid soda which is full of sugar.
Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables such as strawberries, carrots, Broccoli, apricots, oranges.
Never skip meals.
For everyday intake of food, this is what you should be having:
Breakfast: Start with orange juice with cereal and toast with honey
Lunch: cheese or ham sandwich with yogurt and fruit
Dinner: Baked potato with veggies with salad and on the side, yogurt with nuts
