How to eat your way to beautiful skin

If you have any skin problems, here are some tips I have for you!

  • Drink 6 glasses of water everyday.

  • Avoid soda which is full of sugar.

  • Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables such as strawberries, carrots, Broccoli, apricots, oranges.

  • Never skip meals.

For everyday intake of food, this is what you should be having:

  • Breakfast: Start with orange juice with cereal and toast with honey

  • Lunch: cheese or ham sandwich with yogurt and fruit

  • Dinner: Baked potato with veggies with salad and on the side, yogurt with nuts
