    Def increase your physical activity to burn more calories. Even just walking more will make a difference. Then look at why your eating and see if you can start eliminating the processed foods. Try to eat food that you can pronounce the ingredients! 😂 Limit your sugar too as a start! @sparkelycorgicorns. Hope this helps!
