    There is this quotes that says “The thought of no being where you want to be should be enough motivation” if this helps. Also their are fun ways to exercise like riding a bike. Walking a dog, swimming and heaps more.

    But something that can help is probably before u eat drink water because thy say if you drink water before u eat it will fill u up and make u eat less. Or maybe since the summer is coming up u can walk places or run down the block a couple times.

    Hi I feel my stomach is too big and I’m only 15. I eat junk food a lot. I try to eat healthy but I can barely get motivation to do it. I need help I want to be in the 120s but I’m in the thirty’s.
