Try to actually pay attention. Your probably like what no! But when I panic I literally pay attention to what the teacher is saying then actually raise my hand to answer because I forget about panicking and I’m focusing on what I’m trying to answer or ask your teacher to have a break
Try doing deep breaths, and if that doesn’t work try thinking in more positive situations
Such as “What if something good happens rather then bad”

I have anxiety and it’s not SEVERE but it can be hard to handle and get overwhelming but I go back to school Wednesday Jan 2nd and I am FREAKING OUT! I rly need ways to distract myself! Even at night tomorrow is gonna be a nightmare! Thx guys happy 2019
