Honestly, walking is the best thing for that. Pick up your pace and try to walk as many places as you can. You’ll be surprised after a few weeks how it slims out your body! It’s very underrated!! @kittygirl363

Me too. I feel you. But that doesn’t mean you can’t change that. If you eat healthier foods or normal foods in smaller portions you can loose weight. Exercise is good too.
