HI! I'm on dance team at my school! Yesterday I was stretching and going into my left split. I was pushing myself really far down. I had basically gotten my split except for my inner thighs part. Today I woke up and my left leg really hurts. I stretched and everything and my leg still hurts a lot. I don't what happened! Please help! What should I do to make it better?
