    Watch some tutorials and develop a stretching routine every day to 3-4 times a week and then you might just become more flexible!🙃

    hi! so i am not naturaly flexible at all! i try to stretch evetyday. when you stretch, go a little past your limit! it might hurt a little but just trust me! Also, ask someone to help you stretch. good luck!

    Hi my name is Kynnedi I’m from Illinois and I LOVE golf and cheerleading and I’m not very flexible could someone give me tips on how to get flexible I’m supposed to start soon!!!
