Hi, so here’s a really good recipe of Fudge Vegan Brownies! It is easy and the results are great!

Fudge Vegan Brownies

  1. 1 cup of vegan chocolate chips
  2. 1/2 cup of vegan butter
  3. 1 cup white sugar
  4. 1/2 cup non dairy milk
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  7. 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  8. 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  9. 1 tsp salt
  10. 1/2 cup of walnuts
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees & grease the baking pan or line it with parchment paper
  2. In a small saucepan, melt together chocolate chips and butter, making sure to remove the saucepan from the heat just as it’s finished melting to make sure you don’t burn the chocolate
  3. Pour the melted chocolate into a mixing bowl. Add the sugar, non dairy, milk & vanilla, Mix well. Now add the flour, cocoa, baking powder & salt. Mix well and add walnuts (Optional)
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the brownies are pulling away from the sides of the pan, and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
  5. Let brownies sit. Enjoy!
