People might say that among the mega hot Jonas Brothers, the oldest, soon-to-be-married Kevin does not get as much fan love and attention as his younger brothers Joe and Nick. But to overlook Kevin Jonas is to miss out on one of the nicest guys in the music biz and a hot guitar player who owns the stage! Get the lowdown on this sincere superstar!

Engagement
Are those wedding bells I hear? Yes girls, the rumors are true. Kevin's getting married!

On July 1st 2009, Kevin popped the question to his longtime GF Danielle Deleasa by showing up unexpectedly at her doorstep at 6 a.m. and getting down on one knee. "She said yes, yes, yes like 500 times super fast in a row," says Kevin.

Kevin's brothers Joe and Nick could not be happier for their newly- engaged bro. They posted this message on the group's Twitter page: "Congrats big brother.....Dani welcome to the family, we can't wait to have you join us on the road!"

The happy couple has not yet set a date for their wedding. "It still feels like a dream," says Danielle, Kevin's bride-to-be who he met while vacationing in the Bahamas. How romantic! Danielle is one lucky girl.

Guitar Hero
The Jonas parents immersed their sons in music from an early age. As children, Kev and his brothers often got on stage and sang with the choir at the church where their dad was worship director.

Kevin found his true passion when he was 11. "I was home sick one day and I didn't want to watch 'Dora the Explorer' anymore or 'Blue's Clues' on Nickelodeon because that was the only thing on in the morning. I turned off the TV and picked up a Teach Yourself Guitar book and I just read it and picked up a guitar and just chord by chord went."

From then on, the course of Kevin's future was set. "The moment I picked up a guitar, that was the minute I knew I wanted to do this for the rest of my life."

Kevin has worked hard and mastered his instrument. He has gotten so good that he can play the guitar while spinning! It's his signature move and the crowd always goes wild. "I got one move, one move, it's gold, it's gold, it's perfect. Everyone would be like, Dude how did you do that move? That's ridiculous!"

"For me, it (music) is just life in general. says Kev. "When you walk outside, you start hearing beats everywhere you go." Spoken like a true musician!

"He talks like crazy!"
Believe it or not, Kevin's acting career began when he was 14 with a national commercial for a toy robot called E-Brain and an 'adorkable' reading of the lines, "E-Brain is my personal electronic bud! He talks like crazy!" LOL!

Besides appearing in many commercials, Kevin made his movie debut when the Jonas Brothers were signed to appear in the 2008 Disney channel hit 'Camp Rock'.

Kevin currently cracks audiences up around the country in the Disney comedy JONAS. He plays Kevin Lucas, the goofy guitarist for the band. Critics have praised Kevin's acting on the show. "Kevin can be overshadowed by his hottie brothers and their sugar-buzz love lives, but he emerges as the leader on "JONAS" said Paige Wiser of Suntimes.com. Fans everywhere agree!

Do Something
Having experienced poverty as a young child when his parents were starting out, Kevin is humble and thankful for all he has achieved today. He gives back by partnering with Dosomething.org and supporting volunteerism through the Jonas Brothers 'Change for the Children' foundation.

"I believe in the power of change--no matter how big or small. One person can make a difference by donating a little time and effort." says Kevin. "It is our aim to inspire, support and celebrate a generation of doers: people who see the need to do something, believe in their ability to get it done, and then take action."

Kevin Jonas is a superstar with a great heart and a good head on his shoulders. The coming year will bring many changes for Kevin and the Jonas clan. They have always lived and worked as a tight family unit. Kevin's upcoming marriage will add a new dimension to the household and the band, and is sure to bring much joy. Even though Kevin will be leaving the nest, he'll still be flying high with JB!
