I fell on my lip when I was little and got stitches. My lip was numb from the novacaine so I took all the stitches out and my parents freaked!! We had to go back to the hospital to have them re-done. Q: "Do you have a pet?"
Michelle, 11, NY
A:
I keep begging my parents for a dog! I want one soooo bad. One of these days, I hope. Need to show them I am more responsible. I make my bed in the morning...sometimes, clear the table at night...most of the time, put my backpack away...sometimes, brush my teeth (without them asking)... most of the time.....and now I am making my lunch in the morning. I’m really trying. – Miss O

Q: "What's your real name?"
Leanne, 10, TN
A:
My real name is Olivia. My dad gave me this name when I was really young. Guess I was kind of "sassy" but in a cool way, so he called me Miss O and it stuck. Since Olivia is a popular name these days, when my parents yell "Go Olivia!" while I'm playing soccer about four other girls turn their heads. If they yell "Go Miss O" it's just me! – Miss O
