What do I do with my Miss O Tokens?
Enter them into the Back to Fun Sweepstakes for chances to win free stuff or the Secret Vault Contest for a chance to win a secret vault key!

How do I know how many Miss O Tokens I have?
When you are logged into the Club, click on "My Rewards" to see your Tokens total and what contests you're currently entered into. You can also see your Tokens total on the pages where you can spend them.

Do my Miss O Tokens expire?
Yes. You must use your Miss O Tokens by the last day of the month after you earn them (so, if you earned tokens on October 15th, you have until November 30th to use them, or you lose them.)

How do I enter to win free stuff?
You need to be a Miss O Club member to enter the sweepstakes. When you are logged in and play games and do other stuff on the website, you'll earn Miss O Points and Miss O Tokens. Use your Miss O Tokens to enter the Back to Fun Sweepstakes. There are new prizes every week, so keep checking back to see what new stuff there is to win!

How do I know if I've won something?
Emails are sent to the email address in your club account, so make sure that it's correct. Don't worry if you don't have an email address...just check the website the day after the contest ends to see who the winners were and make sure to follow the directions to claim your prize. As a parent must claim your prize, we also send an email to the address in your account for your parent so be sure to keep it up to date.

What happens if a prize isn't claimed by the deadline?
Unclaimed prizes are re-awarded to new winners, so if you do win, make sure your parents respond to the claim email before the deadline.

Does it cost anything to enter or to collect a prize?
No. Both entry and shipping are FREE.

How do I enter a creation into a Daily Fave Contest?
You need to be a Miss O Club member to submit a creation to the Daily Faves Contests. While you are logged in, you can click the Submit icon in a "create" game to enter your creation for consideration in a Daily Fave.

Why hasn't my creation been chosen for a Daily Fave Contest?
We get lots of great entries for our Daily Faves Contests and only have slots for so many each week. Keep trying! Just because you haven't been chosen YET doesn't mean you won't.

POINT LEADERS CONTESTS
I have more points than the people on the list, but my screenname isn't on it!
The high point earners show Daily, Weekly and Monthly totals, not overall. At the bottom of the contest page, you can see how many points you've earned during the time period of each contest.

When I was playing on the site, I saw that I was a point leader, but then I never got my badge. What happened?
The Point Leaders are calculated at the end of the contest period. For daily contests, that means 12:00 midnight Eastern Time; weekly is midnight on Sundays and monthly is midnight the last day of the month. Until the contest is over, the winners aren't awarded badges.

It could be that you were a leader at one point in the day, but then later in the day before the contest was over, someone came along and got a higher score than you.

How do I enter to win a secret vault key?
You need to be a Miss O Club member to enter the Secret Vault Contests. When you are logged in and play games and do other stuff on the website, you'll earn Miss O Points and Miss O Tokens. Use your Miss O Tokens to enter the Secret Vault Contests. There are two new items given out every day, so keep checking back to see what new keys there are to win!

How do I know if I've won a key?
Winners of the Secret Vault Contests are posted daily to the website. If you are a winner, your secret vault item will unlock automatically.
