Kristen Prout
On ABC Family's hit show "Kyle XY,"
Kirsten Prout stars as Amanda, Kyle’s
next door neighbor and love interest.
When season 2 kicks off in June, things
will be really heating up and the
relationship between Amanda and Kyle
that fans have been waiting for so long
for may be just around corner.

Age: 16 Sign: Libra!
Birthplace: Vancouver, Canada My house is:
The coziest house I’ve ever been inside. I’ve lived
in it my whole life, and I wouldn’t have it any
other way. The first thing I do every morning
is: Hit the snooze button usually. My cell
phone brand is: Samsung. Super slim and black.
About my pets: I have my sweetheart Yorkshire
Terrier, Tabasco, along with two cats, Romeo and
Jasmine. Yes, I am both a Shakespeare and Disney
addict. I exercise: Erratically and not so
frequently. Come on, I’m sixteen! Lately I've
been surprised by: how fast this school year has
flown by. It’s incredible.
The cereals in my cupboard are: Corn Pops,
Cocoa Puffs, Fruit Loops, Cheerios, and Trix. I’m a
total health nut as you can see… Heaven on
earth is: my bed. There’s nothing better than
sinking into my feather pillows after a hard day’s
work. For dinner, I like to make: Well,
that sort of assumes I can cook. Take out anyone?
I’ll eat sushi, but not… I’ll eat ANYTHING.
One of my favorites to order in fancy restaurants is
Escargot. My coolest article of clothing:
My staple ballet flats. Amazing find, and they go
with absolutely everything. My most prized
possession: My car, it’s my baby. My TV
screen is: we have a home theatre. SNAP!
When friends come over, we: Never sleep. My
favorite TV channel is: it changes according to
what’s playing. I’ll hunt for my favorites… LOST,
Arrested Development re-runs, Extreme Makeover Home
Edition. The usual. My first financial splurge:
Probs my laptop. Wackiest fan encounter:
Actually, it was more like stalk-age. I had to shut
down e-mail accounts, the whole nine yards. He
changed his alter-egos, told me he needed to meet me
because he was dying… weird TV show I never
miss: LOST. The best perk of being a
celebrity is: people tend to pay for your meals
more. Score! Celebrity whom I'd ask for an
autograph: DAVID BOWIE. In a heartbeat.
Dream car: I have her, the Audi TT! When I
fly I have to have… again, my iPod.
People would be surprised that I: went
through a punk-esque phase. I look at old photos
with me dressed in all sorts of crazy things and
laugh. Book I’m reading: JPod, by Douglas
Copland. I can’t put it down. Magazines I
subscribe to: I mostly pick up indie music
magazines here and there. Nothing too specific.
Favorite cartoon: Does Family Guy count?
I was so excited when ___ came out on DVD:
BORAT! My iPod playlist: Covers all the
basics. From 50’s classics to the latest club songs.
I can’t start my day without: Consulting my
calendar. If I had to spend $10 at your
favorite fast food joint, I’d order: This is a
hard one… I’m not huge on fast food, but a Mama
Burger at A&W, hold the onions and tomatoes, with
fries and a root beer. I usually beg them for one of
those root-beer lollipops as well. Yeah, you know
you’re cool when.
