"Okay, first of all STOP FREAKING OUT! You'll have plenty of time as long as you focus and do what needs to be done! Start hitting the books and work on Google-ing information that you need. Pretty much just lock yourself into your room, or wherever you're you're most likely to be away from people and distractions. So what you need to do is grab your fave CD, a bag of chips, and sit down and start reading! The CD you need to turn down low and just get as calm and relaxed as you can! I do this a lot and it really helps! Of course, I'm the kind of person who doesn't like to be around noise or talk, or anything. But for some reason, turning a CD down low and hiding away just does it for me! You may find that complete silence will help you. Let me know if this helped! :) -Animalover11"
