Baked Apple Cupcakes

Ingredients:
2 cups, flour 2 teaspoons, baking soda 2 teaspoons, cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon, salt 1/2 cup, butter, softend 1/2 cup, brown sugar 1/2 cup, sugar 1 teaspoon, vanilla 2 eggs 2 apples 30 carmels 3 tables, milk or cream
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin tray with paper cupcake wrappers. 2. Mix together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl. Set aside. 3. In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla. Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix. 4. Fill each cupcake wrapper two-thirds of the way. Cut each apple into sixths, then cut the sixths into halves, and place one apple piece in each cupcake. 5. Bake for 20-24 minutes or until done. Remove from the oven to cool. 6. While the cupcakes are cooling, put the carmels in a small bowl, and place in microwave. Then stir in your milk or cream. 7. Spread the carmel icing over the cool cupcakes. Enjoy!
