1. Whisk the eggs and milk togetherin a small bowl (whisk means to stir briskley with a fork or "whisker")
2. Add the cinnamon
3.Heat a skillet (pan) on medium heat Put half the butter in the skillet and let the butter melt.
4.Using a fork, dip one piece of bread into the egg mixture. Turn the piece of bread so that both sides of the bread gets soaked. Dip a second piece of bread.
5.Put the soaked bread into the heated skillet (pan).
6. When the bottoms of the bread are golden brown, use a spatula to flip each piece to the other side of the piece of bread.
7.When those two pieces of bread are done , remove the bread from the skillet and place on a plate. Cook the other pieces of bread the same way. (keep the first two pieces of bread warm in a toaster oven if you want too.)
8. Enjoy the french toast with syrup or ay other desired toppings!
