CATCH AND RELEASE (PG-13)

In her first film since ending “Alias,” becoming Mrs. Ben Affleck and mom to baby Violet, Jennifer Garner stars as Gray – a woman whose fiancé’s suddenly dies. With her life understandably thrown for a loop, Gray turns to her friends for love and support. Buoyed by their companionship, gray begins to ask questions about her fiancé and learns some deep secrets – finding, along the way, that she’s becoming attracted to the most unlikely suspect. Jen G. is adorable and this movie, written by Erin Brokovich scribe Susannah Grant, is charming and light and a perfect escape.
