you will need:

1 1/2 cups, water	1 tablespoon, yeast
3 1/4 cups, flour	1 teaspoon, salt

directions:
(get an adult to be your assistant)

Mix together in a big bowl. Make into whatever shape you want, then put your pretzels on a greased cookie sheet.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and bake for 20 minutes
